Description

Small San Diego law firm seeks attorney. Practice represents local, state and federal public safety employees and their collective bargaining associations. Offering opportunities in administrative, civil, criminal and labor law. The law firm also represents labor organizations in litigation and appellate work in administrative proceedings (civil service, SPB and MSPB), federal and state courts. Associates are required to participate in periodic prescheduled rotations, for emergency call-out, to represent clients who have been involved in critical incidents. Candidate must have excellent interpersonal and oral advocacy skills, be extremely organized, and be skilled in computer research. Experience will be considered, but the firm will consider applicants with or without experience.
