As an IGP coach, you'll build meaningful relationships and elevate performance in a state-of-the-art facility, all while developing your skills in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

Experience Required

- High school diploma or GED; or 1-3 months of relevant experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Prior golf teaching experience or related coursework is essential.

Essential Responsibilities

- Become an expert across all four departments: club-fitting, golf coaching, golf fitness, and mental performance.
- Assist in coordinating indoor tournaments and private events.
- Attend staff meetings and maintain ongoing client outreach.
- Foster strong client relationships through consistent communication focused on golf development.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Director of Golf or GM.
- Use your expertise to recommend relevant coaching and learning content.
- Recommend IGP services tailored to each student's needs, including fitness, club-fitting, and mental performance.
- Conduct playing lessons, short game lessons and course strategy sessions.
- Document each lesson and share recaps via the IGP App (CoachNow).
- Actively promote IGP within the local community.
- Maintain the IGP facility and equipment according to SOPs.
- Engage in continuing education to enhance your skills and expertise.

Other Responsibilities

• Keep all areas of the facility neat, clean and organized at all times.
• Stays up-dated and current on all upcoming facility events.
• Maintain playing ability and work to stay competent in all areas of the game.
• Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe working environment, with emphasis on promoting employee health and safety.
• As an IGP Coach, you're expected to be passionate, approachable, educational, encouraging and caring
