Description

Responsibilities include:

• Drafting wills, trust agreements, and other estate planning documents.
• Assisting with all aspects of estate planning including formation of limited partnerships, LLCs, charitable entities, etc.
• Collaborating on estate and trust administration issues including estate and gift tax issues.

Required skills and qualifications include:

• Texas bar admission or ability to waive in to admission.
• 2-7 years of experience working in a transactional legal practice.
• Residence in or willingness to relocate to San Antonio.
• Superior academic credentials.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication and analytical skills.
• Strong interest in developing an estate planning legal practice and working with client management teams to solve challenging and sometimes unique problems.
• Self-motivated and ability to work both independently and collaboratively with other deal team members.
